PHP Poll Script by Phppot

This is a very simple PHP poll script. It supports questions with multiple options to add user ratings in a poll. After submitting the poll rating, the overall rating percentage for all the options is shown to the users. It also uses jQuery AJAX to set poll options and save user poll options into the back-end database tables.
