For Employers
Employers just need to post a job with a title, description and budget amount. Freelancers with skills accross more than 1800 categories will bid at their projects. Employers can choose the suitable freelancer and get their job done. They only have to pay when the work is completed and they are 100% satisfied using the milestone payment system. They can also pay hourly price and track timing by time tracker system.
Fee Structure For Employers
- For fixed price projects, a fee of 3% or $3.00 USD (whichever is greater) is levied at the time a project has been awarded by them.
- For hourly projects, a fee of 3% is levied on each payment that they make to the freelancer.
- Employers can cancel the project at any time for up to seven (7) days after the project has been accepted for a full refund of their fee.

For Freelancers
Freelancers are free to sign up, create a profile, select skills of their expertise, upload a portfolio, receive project notifications, bid on projects (free members receive initially 6 bids per month) and discuss project details with the employer. If the employer awards them the project, they get paid after project completion via milestone payment system.
Fee Structure For Freelancers
- The fee for fixed price projects is 10% or $5.00 USD, whichever is greater in advance, and 10% for hourly projects at the time of each payment.
- For recruiter projects, freelancers are charged 15% fee at the time of each milestone payment.
Withdrawal Methods for Freelancers
Freelancers can withdraw their earned money using the following methods:
